The importance of Environment and its impact on Human life Concerns us all.
The management of Solid Waste as an integral part of Environment has been the concern of urban
environment managers.Despite the efforts of varoius institutions and individuals to propagate and
profess more efficient methods of Solid Waste Management, the nature and magnitude of issues is
diverse.In this scenario there are many instances of inspiring effort in the field of Solid Waste
Management by institutions and individuals and these have happened despite the system and not because of it.
Sukuki Exnora through Green Leaf Awards Wishes to reward and recognise excellence in Solide Waste Management.

Since waste is created by everyone, the solutions for
the present challenges must also come from everyone.
Green Leaf Awards are given to individuals and organizations
contributing to Solid Waste Management and demonstrating
practical soulutions and actiions. Green Leaf Award
highlights actions and concrete steps towards better
Solid Waste Management and improved health and environment.
Awarded action can be anything from awareness creation
and source segregation to optimaization and cost reduction
of waste management. the contrigution is whbat is most
important.
